Vidya and Rob Luft

Vidya met the U.K. award winning ECM guitarist Rob Luft when they played together in Stockholm. They found a liking to each others music. As a result Vidya went to London in 2022 to compose for Adi Shakti. Two songs appears on the record.

Vidya and Georg Riedel

In 2019 Vidya played a concert with the legendary (now deceased) jazz musician and acoustic bass player Georg Riedel. This happened because Vidya had a dream (shortly after finding her biological mother in India), in which the song "Ett andetag" appeared together with a picture of a tree stump and the name Georg Riedel.. When her mother suddenly died Vidya understod what the vision ment and the dream became reality, when the legendary jazz musician played together with her at the tribute concert. Songs made to her deceased mother. The concert was recorded by Swedish Radio P2.
